  • • Provide Organization Legal Name and Organization Short Name. প্রতিষ্ঠানের লেগ্যাল নাম এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের সংক্ষিপ্ত নাম প্রদান করুন
  • • Provide Organization Type and Organization Code(d-nothi Id) প্রতিষ্ঠানের ধরণ এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের কোড(ডি-নথি আইডি) প্রদান করুন।
  • • Provide the Member Class Code (GOV,COM,OTH) মেম্বার ক্লাশ কোড প্রদান করুন (GOV, COM, OTH)
  • • Fill up administrative contact details and Technical contact details প্রশাসনিক ও কারিগরী কর্মকর্তার নাম এবং যোগাযোগের নাম্বার প্রদান করুন
  • • Provide information about your role as service provider, service consumer or both সার্ভিস প্রভাইডার বা সারভিস কঞ্জুমার বা উভয় হিসেবে ট্রিট হবে কিনা প্রদান করুন

Fill up form in CATIS CATIS এ নিবন্ধন

  • • Go to CATIS CATIS এ যান
  • • Fill up the fields as of membership agreement form CATIS এর ফরমটি নিবন্ধন করুন
