NRDEX data exchange solution was developed by the Information and Communication Technology Division of the Ministry of Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology in collaboration with the eGA (e-Governance Academy), with support from the European Union-funded “E-ffective e-governance” project. NRDEX is based on Estonia’s X-Road technology.
